Opportunities for Professionals

The Interpersonal Whole-Brain Model of Care® (IWBMC™) is a revolutionary approach to care based on the scientific principle of neuroplasticity. It demonstrates that every brain is capable of new growth and change (no matter the condition or diagnosis) and will move toward healing if given what is needed. This principle allows those you serve to reach their full potential, changing the conversation from the impossible to the possible.

Unlock your potential with The Jacob’s Ladder Group. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or just starting your journey, we offer unparalleled opportunities for growth and impact. Our comprehensive training programs equip you with the skills and knowledge to make a difference in the lives of those affected by neurobiological challenges.

Equip yourself with a whole-person, whole-brain approach and CHANGE LIVES.

Join The Jacob’s Ladder Group in changing the conversation from impossible to possible for those affected by neurobiological challenges.

“I have several students who attend Jacob’s Ladder, and they are all doing well. It is a school with a unique concept. The staff are talented and experienced, dedicated to ensuring children of all ages feel safe and cared for. They employ a neurobehavioral model with a thorough assessment process, allowing them to understand each child comprehensively. This enables them to help the children in several ways, helping them reach their full potential. Their campus is spacious and has plenty of outdoor areas, giving some children additional space to take a break if they feel overstimulated. The animals on campus provide a sense of security, sensory input, and bonding opportunities. It is an amazing school for children with autism spectrum and communication disorders, as well as for kids with significant behavioral problems. The parents have a safe place to send their children. Jacob’s Ladder works with families to serve complex clients with multi-layered diagnoses, and I have personally seen impressive outcomes from their efforts. I hope more schools like this one emerge to provide parents and students with more choices in their education.”
