Connor was diagnosed with a rare gene mutation and seizure disorder at birth. When he arrived at Jacob’s Ladder at age 6, his severe sensory processing challenges limited his communication to screaming, while his physical mobility was restricted to rolling. After learning about Jacob’s Ladder through a friend, Connor’s parents made the life-changing decision to relocate from San Diego to Roswell, Georgia, to begin his therapeutic and educational care.
