Dr. Haynes will join the group’s prestigious Pillar Research Institute as Executive Director

ATLANTA (June 3, 2024) – Dr. Holly Haynes, Ed.D., will join the Pillar Research Institute as Executive Director, The Jacob’s Ladder Group announced on Monday. Dr. Haynes arrives at The Jacob’s Ladder Group with a decorated resume of counseling and education, having most recently served as Professor of Behavioral Sciences and Dean of the Leonhard Schiemer School of Psychology and Biblical Counseling at Truett McConnell University.

Holding bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate degrees from Harvard University, Dr. Haynes played a key role in developing Truett’s Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) and co-founded the undergraduate psychology program at Georgia Gwinnett College. As Executive Director of the Pillar Research Institute, Dr. Haynes will spearhead analysis and reporting on current outcomes data, publish case studies on specific diagnoses, collaborate with academic and clinical institutions, assist with fundraising, and support Jacob’s Ladder Network members. Dr. Haynes is thrilled to bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to her new role.
